Our party of 10 rented Eagles Nest. The 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms worked well for our group. Cabin was clean & the only thing that surprised me was how close the cabins are to each other. The cabin itself could use some minor repairs such as tightening door knobs & fixing slow drains. For the price charged, maybe some updated furniture also. What's with the non functional hot tub area downstairs? Docks were nice & pontoon rental worked well. Had a great time!

2nd year of staying in Eagles Nest, i can see owners are trying to improve unit. Dehumidifier greatly reduced musty odor in basement bedrooms. Thank you! No smell now. We love staying at Elberts. Only negative is high price of unit. Also renewal process should be easier.
